Course Registration & Application Instructions
Please utilize Google Chrome to navigate the Continuum site and create an individual profile prior to applying for an educational event.
Once your profile is created you will receive an email confirming your account registration. You can now register for courses and complete learning on the education portal.
You may then select your specialty and complete the application. Upon successful completion of the application, you will receive an automated confirmation email to the email on file. The Program manager will send additional correspondence leading up to the course.
